Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.
If an item is in stock at our local warehouse, it will be dispatched shortly after your order is placed.
If an item is shipped from one of our international warehouses, delivery may take longer.
In some cases, orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to customs or import charges. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To start a return, please contact us by email at support@mondaybrands.se before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must be in essentially unused condition and returned with all original parts and packaging.
Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
